“Good morning ma’am.” Albert greeted me when he sighted me in the kitchen pouring myself a cup of coffee.

“Look who’s finally here.” Albert has not reported to work for the past three days and he was not even responsive enough to take permission from me.

“My apologies for being unprofessional.” He said to me and apologized sincerely. I realized it must have been an unavoidable situation.

“It’s fine, so you want to talk about it?” I asked him to try to be humane with him.
