Samantha no longer concealed her true nature, if anything, she became even more gruesome. She whined or cried at the littlest thing and Ethan was literally at her beck and call. He had even stopped sleeping in our room and moved to the guest room to stay with Samantha. Mary wasn't left behind also. She would spend time in the kitchen, just to prepare nutritional meals for Samantha. She literally had them both under her thumb.
