My personal maid and friend, squirming in the hold of Lucas was one sight I hadn't expected to see so soon.

I'm well aware of the fact that Lucas was attracted to Becca but I couldn't tell if Becca was equally attracted to him. She found him enticing and attractive but never for once looked interested in him. So seeing them kissing was one big shock for me. One that had me still gawking at them with my mouth opened in shock. My brain kept sending the signal to my mouth to shut close but it just remained wide opened in shock.
