"Stand straight, do not arch your back," Lydia, our trainer barked at us

Naya, Maya, Mirabelle and I all stood straight on pin heels, our hands stretched with books on top of them and on our heads, trying to learn balance. I am doing a very bad job at it as my legs keeps shaking, unable to take the torture. The girls and Mirabelle didn't even break a sweat.
