Emily stared dumbfounded as Annabelle's words kept replaying continuously in her head.

With a shake of her head, she blinked at Annabelle who has been waving her hand in front of her face

"I'm disappointed," she said and closed her notepad, caressing her temple.

"What's the matter, are you ill? Should we go to a hospital?" Annabelle asked as she stared at her.

"Annabelle, you are making me sick," she complained hesitantly, not wanting to offend Annabelle. She noticed Annabelle's change of facial expression before she rested her head on her arms.

"Was it because of my plans of escaping?"

"Exactly, Annabelle, that's it."
