Ella POV.

After mama dropped me off the store, I walked in and checked in with my boss, she wasn’t very happy about me being away for the last two days. It’s just me missing couple days, she knows that I don’t own a phone to call her and tell her I’m taking few days off, I still want to keep my job, I enjoy it and I enjoy the few bucks I make.

“We got a new book shipment coming today, I wanted it all sorted before you leave” my boss says.
