Now that we knew my parent are coming, I could talk Rosie into not going against them, they are nice to me, but I don't guarantee their response to some stranger, I've never seen them being nice to anyone but me.

"Why are you so defensive of me? Your brother would like to ship me back to Italy," I ask Rosalie.

"I have never chosen this life, you were born into it, I get to experience things before I became a monster, you didn't, not fair if you ask me," Rosalie answers.

"Life isn't fair," I say with a shrug, I knew that much for sure....
