Carina looked at me with a strange look in her eyes. Accident, sadness, disappointment, grief, and other emotions mixed together in a look so complex that I couldn't understand it. All the anger I had in a flash was gone, and I had a hard time explaining to myself what was going on at the moment. Aren't we a couple who sacrificed for our family and were forced to marry? Without affection, putting up with each other, tormenting each other, both waiting for the day when we could get a divorce. Isn't that how it is?
