I never meant for it to turn out this way, but the second it did, my body betrayed me completely.

Steam still clung to my skin as I stepped out of the shower, water droplets sliding down my naked body like fingers teasing me. I had forgotten to take my towel again, and left it in the laundry room that was downstairs. The house was supposed to be empty since my Mom and stepdad were gone for the weekend, and Jake, my stepbrother, had said he was heading out with his friends all day.
