“I have given my warning, and that's it. Three days is all you have,” Tiberius announced before storming off with his men.

We returned to the house, silence serenading the air. Father sat still, his feet tapping against the floor.

He took a deep breath, then broke the silence. “Tiberius really must be out of his mind.”

He jerked to his feet, pacing around. “What does he think he is? First, he comes with some stupid claim, and then wants me to pay him a hundred million?”

I exhaled, “You're right father. I still don't understand this game he's trying to play. How could those men even testify...
