I was too stunned to speak. Up until he mentioned it, I hadn't given it a thought.

Now, it was all I could think of as I tossed from one side of the bed to the other.

Was this why I couldn't get myself to be upset with Mark despite how annoying he may be?

And then the strange excitement that wells in me at the sight of him.
