Why did I have the impression that this name is fake, or am I mistaken? Is this her real name?

"Hellen," I murmur, mumbling her name. "You have a wonderful name, darling, but please tell me if this is your real name because I have a strange feeling it is a fake name."

"Fake?" she inquires. "If you think it’s fake, just call me any name you want. Because I can’t get away from you. I’ll let you do anything you want."
