Chapter 6 Slut

Chapter 6 Slut

Sophia.

I warn her, “If you don’t let me go now, I’ll do something you’ll never expect,” I threaten. But she drags my hair painfully instead of letting me go.

Sneering, she replies, “Do you really think you can beat me the same way you beat and kill Matt? I’m a lot stronger than you think.”

Without another word, I turn around and kick her hard in the shins. That plastic-looking face. She lets go of my hair and stumbles back in pain, screaming, and with blood pouring from her nose. I stand there motionless as my heart races. I stand there, motionless, my heart pounding. She looks up at me with a look of shock and pain on her face.

“You bitch!” She screams. “What have you done? How dare you hurt my beautiful face?” I attack her again before she can defend herself. I begin to hit and kick her in the stomach. First, it was my sister in the morning, then Elena, and now this slut. Are they trying to kill me? I won’t hold back again. Not again! She will suffer for all of them this time. Grabbing her by the throat, I throw her to the ground and continue hitting and kicking her, despite her cries for mercy.

I’m continuously throwing punches and kicks.

“Stop fighting,” a voice yells. “Will you stop hitting and hurting her, Sophia?” I never listen nor did I stop hitting her.

When I’m done with her beating, I stand up, feeling a sense of victory as I look down at her swollen face. She is groaning in pain.

“Next time don’t mess with me or this will be nothing compared to what will happen,” I mutter. She glares at me, obviously trying to find the courage to speak. I smirk before turning away from the scene of misery behind me. Just then, Henry’s voice calls out,

“Can’t you hear me, Sophia? Are you pretending to be deaf?” Henry says. “I ask you to let her go, but you never listen to me.”

I answer mockingly: “And who are you to tell me to stop hitting her? Did I hit your sister? Oh, right! Is she also your bed partner? That’s why it hurts you so much when you see me hitting her, right?”

“I can’t believe you can even ask me that question. Where do you get off thinking that it’s okay for you to hit another person?” He asks. “You have no right to commit such acts of violence to another person! Don’t be so foolish!”

I continue provoking him with my words: “Shut your mouth, Henry. How dare you lecture me? You’re defending her because you’re sleeping together. It’s plain obvious!”

“Y… You,” he stammers.

“You what?” I smirk. “Are you too shy to admit it? Well, I have no business with you and never put your ass in my business. Have a nice day, lover boy.” With a smirk on my face after taunting him effectively. I leave him there speechless.

Today is a bad day. I need something to take my mind off this shit. Without heading home, I go to the training ground to train. Where some warriors are also out training.

One of them says, “See what we’ve got here. Is this not the killer girl who brutally kills our friend Matt?”

My popularity is well known, but I did not know I’m this popular among the warriors.

“Hey, you better not say anything that pisses her off,” another person says. “You don’t want to see your ass kicked by her.”

I ignore them because they don’t deserve my attention. I keep hearing them mock and call me evil names. I simply keep walking, refusing to let their taunts and insults break my stride. Some even suggest that I should disintegrate from the pack because of my evil nature. I know I am not evil, and this gives me the strength to move forward. I stay focused, not allowing myself to be distracted by negativity. I will stay true to myself and not let their words bring me down. I start training. I start punching the punching bag with all my strength. I let go of my frustration. I’m sweating profusely, but I never stop punching. The day passes by quickly. I’m the only one left on the training grounds. I need to start going. After picking up my jacket, I head home.

Immediately after I step inside, my mother asks, “Where have you been? Where are you coming from, Sophia?“

“Mom, I’m training,” I mutter. “I’m on the training ground.”

“If so, why are you just coming now?” My father asks.

“I never know how late it is already. That is why I’m home late,” I respond, walking toward the kitchen to drink some water. I’m damn thirsty. “I’m sorry.”

“You must never leave without telling me where you’re heading,” she warns. “Don’t always make us worry about you, darling.”

“Okay, mum. I apologise for making you worry about me,” I apologize. “It’s my fault. I should have informed you of my whereabouts before leaving.”

“Okay, kids, let’s eat,” my father says before sitting down.

“I need to bathe,” I tell him. “I can’t eat because of all the sweat all over me.”

“Okay. Do that fast,” my mother says as she serves the food.

I hurry to my room. I strip off my clothes and walk into the bathroom. I turn the shower on and step in. The cold water cascades over me and I take a deep breath, feeling the tension of the day slowly wash away. I take my time to savor the moment, enjoying the sensation of the water running down my skin. I take a few more deep breaths, allowing the warmth of the shower to fill me with a sense of relaxation.

Under the shower, I moan. I’m still enjoying the water when my mom calls my name.

“Isn’t it time you come down, baby?”

“I will be right there, Mom.”

Without rushing myself, I enjoy the flow of water in my body. I need to relax. After a few minutes, I hear my mom yell my name again. Can’t they eat without me? Why can’t they understand I need to relax after that amount of training? I take a deep breath and walk out of the shower. I wipe my body with my towel before wearing a simple cloth. I take a look in the mirror. My face is still worn out from the amount of exercise, but I feel refreshed and ready to take on the rest of the day. I take one last deep breath before walking out of my room.

“Why are you coming down so late?” She asks. “We have all waited for you.”

“I’m sorry. My body needs some time to relax in the cold water,” I respond before taking my seat beside Liam.

Liam compliments me, “You look so beautiful.”

“Thank you, Brother.”

I smile at him. I’m surprised by his compliment. Liam hardly ever speaks in the family. He’s so gentle and kind that my father always worries about his future. He also blames him for being too kind and weak. He fears he won’t be qualified to take over his position. I can’t help but feel a little sad for my brother. He’s so thoughtful and kind, but my father doesn’t seem to understand that. I just wish he could see Liam for the wonderful person he is. Rita is still a kid. She’s friendly, and most of the young pups in the pack are her friends. The two of them are too nice, unlike me, who was never nice, kind, or friendly, and I rarely smiled at people except for Elena.

I always feel like I am an outsider who didn’t fit in with the rest of the pack here, and I always feel like I never belong here.

“Let’s eat,” I announce before we all start tucking into our food. We’re still eating when my father all of a sudden puts down his spoon and stops eating abruptly. We know he’s speaking with the Alpha now.

“I need to leave,” he tells us resolutely. “The Alpha needs me.”

“But. You need to finish your food,” Mother says gently with concern in her voice. “Won’t you finish eating before seeing the alpha?”

“What are you talking about, woman?” Father bellows angrily as he stands up from his chair, shaking his head in disgust at her suggestion. “I tell you that the alpha needs me now, and you are asking me to finish eating before meeting him.”

“Alpha! Alpha! Alpha. You can go meet your alpha,” Mother yells.
