I jumped back and dodged Noah’s wolf’s claws just in time to narrowly miss his vicious attack. But those claws still made me lose some of Rhett’s fur in the process.

We shifted back to our human forms and Noah apologized for his attack.

“Alpha, I’m sorry for the attack just now,” he apologized with guilt.

Noah wasn't holding back his attack during the training, and it would have been fatal if I hadn’t dodged back in time. He would have left deep wounds on Rhett’s neck if I had failed to react in time.
