“Thank you for coming to the memorial of the Alpha King’s death,” Luna Queen, who stood at the podium, had just finished making her speech. “And thank you for all the support you have shown for the late Alpha King, the Ethereal Crown Pack, and the royal family.”

“As for the death of the Alpha King,” she continued, “We have conducted an investigation and concluded that he was indeed, unfortunately, killed by the rogues.”

Her last words roused a discussion amongst the Alphas who were present.

Mostly, they were saying what a pity it was, but they didn't make a big fuss out of it.
