IAN’s POV :

“Emma! Emma!” I yelled her name a few more times but she wasn’t responding and the line went dead.

“Shit!” I cursed as my fingers frantically called her again.

She had turned off the phone. It didn’t even ring.

“I know you don’t want it and I’m sorry, but this is a choice that I have to make on my own,”

Her words were ringing in my head. What the hell was that supposed to mean? Was she seriously not gonna do the procedure?
