SERENA’S POV

I came back to fathers palace and found it in a terrible shape, I knew instantly that something terrible had happened in my absence.

My heartbeat increased immediately as I ran around looking for father.

“Father!”

I called aloud, my voice echoing in the palace. Searching in vain, I ran to his secret room where I saw a huge man lying in his own blood, at the entrance.

I became more restless and began to bang the door.
