Giselle stepped out of the car with Gesha, who was clutching her stuffed bunny tightly.

“Wow, Mommy… is this the house?” Gesha asked, her eyes sparkling.

Giselle smiled softly. “Yes, Sweetheart. This is the house where Mommy grew up.”

The house still stood strong, even though it had been unoccupied for a long time.

“It looks like something from a movie,” Gesha said in awe. “The house is so big!”

“Your grandparents used to live here,” Giselle explained as she pushed open the heavy iron gate. “Now… this house belongs to us.”
