“Get out!” Leon shouted, his voice booming throughout the room.

Giselle raised her eyebrows, her lips forming a half-mocking smile. “Are you kicking me out, Mr. Husband?”

Leon clenched his jaw. “Yes. Get out of here right now.”

Giselle walked slowly toward him, her steps casual, as if unaffected by Leon’s nearly exploding anger.

“So, you’re angry because I took the card. But you were the one who gave it to me,” Giselle whispered, stopping just inches from Leon’s chest.

Leon avoided her gaze. “Don’t play games, Giselle. I don’t have time for—”
