After the auction event, Emily, being a famous jeweler and a celebrity was given special accolades and awards. Cecile became jealous because she never received any praise  or awards. Vivian clenched her fist, her face coated with disappointment 

She stared at Emily with disgust as if she was the source of her problem.

“I'm sure she's happy now. She's the limelight of the event.  She's receiving more attention so she must be so full of herself..” Cecile mumbled, taking a glass of cocktail to her lips.

“I never got to win the karat of gold. I came here mostly because of it. That fool- she's always taking everything...
