Collin's eyes blazed with rage, his eyes hovering over Cecile's features. Cecile swallowed the lump in her throat, her grip on the whiskey bottle tightening.
“Evening, Collin. It's good to see you. What are you doing here?” She asked, a forced friendly smile on her face. Vivian’s gaze lingered on the two of them. She could sense that something was off between them. An underlying tension perhaps..
“Cut the act, Cecile. I don't need the fake greetings.” Collin replied, his face etched with rage.
