Lunch time was over.June together with Simon headed for their next class which they had together.They got inside and headed for their seats when June stood before them.She wore a smirk on her face with her hands crossed over her chest.

Well,if it isn't the latest couple in town.!"She said sarcastically.

"Irrespective of you being June's sister, I can still beat you up."Simon replied his hands in his pockets.

"I wouldn't try that if I were you"Came a voice from behind them.They turned to see it was Justin.

"Or what?"challenged Simon

"Simon!"called June coming to the rescue.

"Chill,girl!"he replied smiling.

"You'd better caution him"warned Justin and moved to his seat.

Jane smirked at Simon before going back to her seat also.

"You need to control your temper."warned June.

"There's no need for that"he replied and uncapped June's water bottle,gulping its content down his throat.

"Damn!"he exclaimed sighing.

"What the ........why did you drink my water?"she asked furrowing her brows.

"What are friends for?"he pouted.June stared at him speechless.

"I'll make it up to you."he promised.

"You'd better."

"I'm visiting the restroom"Simon said and walked out the class.When he was gone,Jane walked up to June and sneered."Pretender!You only wanted attention"She said disgusted.

"What are you talking about?"asked June with a blank expression.

"You made every one believed that you're quiet.,It only turned out you wanted attention."

"Is something wrong Jane?"asked June.

"Bitch!"cursed Jane.

"He's only pitying your sorry ass.He'll dump you once he finds out what you truly are."She added and walked back to her seat.Obviously,this attracted attention from the class.Everyone's eyes were fixed on June expecting her reaction.She quietly walked back to her seat and sat down pondering on Jane's word.

"Is Simon only putting up with me because I'm pathetic?"she thought.

The teacher arrived disrupting her from her train of thoughts.

June was sitted in the living room watching a soap opera when the door pushed open and Jane came inside.

"Hey,you're back"she acknowledged.

Jane shot her a disgusted look and hissed.She walked up the stairs without replying her.June was perplexed.She tried recalling what she did to offend her sister but couldn't come up with one.

By 3pm,the door bell rang.June walked up to the door and swung it open.She was surprised to see Simon.

"Hello,is June inside?"He asked.June was surprised.

"Which June are you referring to,if not me?"She asked,arms folded.

"Are you really June?"He asked surprised.

"Nah,I'm her ghost."June replied with sarcasm.She opened the door wider and allowed him pass through.

"Wow,you look different."he observed.She was wearing a black Pants and black sleeveless top.

"How?"she asked.

"I was thinking you'll be putting on baggy clothes."he replied and plopped down on the sofa.

"I'm not a nerd"

"Yeah,I'm sorry."

'Why are you here tho?"she asked

"I was bored at home."he replied.

June rolled her eyes and said nothing.Footsteps were heard approaching them.They discovered it was Jane.Simon wolf whistled when he saw her.She came to where they were and stood before Simon.

"I wanted to apologize for my actions back in school."she said.

"Its okay."replied Simon.

"Can I make it up to you?"

"How?"

"Let's go out tomorrow evening."she said.

"I'll have to turn that down.When I'm free I'll let you know."he said smirking.She nodded before sparing June a glance.When she was gone,there was tension in the room before June decided to break it.

"Let's start on something before River comes."she said.

"Where did you guys stop?"

"Sea creature A"

"Damn!We haven't started yet."he said.

"Quit the whining."she snapped.

"Yes mom."he made an imaginary zip with his hand and ran it over his mouth.
