Never had Carmen suffered such mockery as she was treated like a princess in the Adams family and all who knew her treated her with utmost respect. She was seething in anger as she held her swollen cheeks.

She glared furiously at Naima but didn't dare to say anything when she saw Naima and Hilda coming out of the dressing room and walked out of the mall. 

"Are you letting her go just like that?" Gloria asked Carmen rather puzzled. "Look at how she hit you but you letting her walk away just like that?"
