Nathan drove straight to the hospital. He wasn't sure if Hilda would catch a cold or not so he decided to send her directly to the hospital first. 

As the members of the Clemon family were at the Clemons family hospital because of the Patriarch's illness, he drove Hilda to Samuel's hospital.
