"You can't see her," Caesar said, his voice faltering.

Dave was taken aback by Caesar's response.

He had expected to be able to see Camilla, to apologize for suspending her from work and to make sure she was okay.

"But why?" Dave asked, his voice filled with concern.

"I mean no harm to her. Yes, I'm very sorry for suspending her from work for seven days, but something happened..."
