Something is wrong with my medication.

I've been pretending to take the pills Sarah gives me for three days now, hiding them under my tongue and spitting them out when she's not looking. The fog in my brain is starting to clear, like someone finally turned on a light in a dark room. And with the clarity comes anger.

Rage burns in my chest as I remember Sarah's cruel words about my "pathetic fantasy" of Tony Stark. The way she spread those magazine photos across my blanket like evidence of my mental breakdown. The satisfied smile on her face as she watched me cry.
