The press conference was scheduled for 2 PM at the Stark Industries media room. I stood backstage, hands shaking as I adjusted my navy blazer for the hundredth time.

"You don't have to do this," Tony said quietly beside me. "Catherine can present the evidence. You can stay out of the spotlight."

"No." I straightened my shoulders. "Victoria tried to destroy me by questioning my credibility, my story, my trauma. I'm going to look the world in the eye and show them exactly who tried to manipulate whom."
