The ride back to the Grandfather's facility was eerily silent.
My mind, still reeling from the revelation of the photograph—the man who was Marco's near-perfect double—was now working at double speed, trying to re-contextualize every betrayal I'd ever experienced.
I wasn't a fool. I'd realized it by now. My father was being played, and the key to his entire lie was sitting in my jacket pocket.
