After several hours of driving away from the military base, Gabriel and Jasmine found out they were overseas in America’s war the American president started. Cyndil explained everything that happened to them and the next plan. They had contacts to get them back to America, but it would take time so they had to stop in a safer place to rest and prepare. The ride lasted several hours in the desert Gabriel looked down at Jasmine who laid on his shoulder as she fell fast asleep. There was a small amount of joy from watching her sleep on him, some sort of small peace. They barely survived this round....
