James did not find it much strange to see that camera because he thought that if Jenna was alone in the house, she would have blown her heart out of it....

And then he started seeing the things recorded in that camera because from the very beginning Jinnah seems to be a very quiet child....

That's why he just wanted to know that what does she do when she is alone in the house and how can she stay alone for the whole day without talking to anyone...

Because James thought that the camera in his hand belonged to Jenna while it belonged to Emma....
