“We aren’t working in this building anymore. We’ve been transferred to the main building.”

“Oh… really?” she said slowly. “No wonder Jovita and Pheebs aren’t here.”

“Yeah!” Joss laughed, stepping further into the room. “They’re already at our new office. The company hired a completely new team to take over the work here.”

His excitement bubbled over as she waved his hand.

“Hurry up, come on! Let’s go. I can’t wait to be in the main building!”

Cleopatra slowly pushed herself up from the chair, still processing the sudden news as she followed Joss out of the quiet office.
