Brandon’s POV:

I glanced around the examination room to search Madeline but I didn’t find her anywhere at the sight.

A teacher handed me the exam paper and I took the test silently. My mind went back to my best friend who didn’t call me this morning to wish me luck for the exam.

The bell rang and I run out after handing my examination sheet to the teacher. I went to her class to find the students rushing out of the room laughing, shouting, and smiling. They had a right to be happy after all it was the last day of school.
