I rushed down the steps and speed-walked into the kitchen. I swiftly grabbed an apple and Tyler's car keys.

"In a hurry?" Katy skips on the clean white tile.

"Yeah, I called the dance studio and asked if I could use one of the practice rooms before the classes start." I bit the sweet red fruit.
