“Of all the places I’ve been to here in Europe, nothing really beats Amsterdam.” I tell Matthew when we came to our last stop for the European leg of their world tour.

With its picturesque canal network, rich history and thrumming cultural scene, the capital of the Netherlands is one of the world’s most vibrant cities.
