Kai's mom? How did she get my number? I shut my eyes tight, gasping inaudibly for breath, my chest went up and down in fear. "He didn't give me the number, Max did"

Max. I rolled my eyes in anger. "I don't get why you're still quiet"

"Oh- I'm sorry. I was just-" I sighed; I didn't go out anymore- I just shut the locked office door and went back to sit down. "I'm just surprised you called ma'am" I let out a small sigh

"Where are you?" She asked

"Uhm, I'm still at the gallery" I replied

"Kai told me you both want to get remarried"
