I sneered at her pretense of being clueless, of course, I expected this reaction from me- denial; and that's why it's a good thing I had kept the letter when Linda gave it to me

Though I had been heartbroken beyond repair, I still chose to keep the letter in my wallet- and so it's always with me wherever I go

I dipped my hand into my pocket- pulling out my wallet- I brought out the paper that was neatly folded, though it's been fine years it still looked new I had made sure to keep it safe

I passed the paper to her, she eyed me suspiciously...
