We didn't head straight home; Kai drove us to a hotel while the officers took a taxi to their station with Paul, who still hadn't woken up from the punch Kai had given him earlier.

He prepared a warm bath, adding disinfectant. "How clean was the water there?" He asked walking out of the bathroom

"I'm not sure, but everything seemed to be working fine" I muttered, he helped me to the bathroom and made to leave but I held his hand
