Aluma didn't know whether this was a good thing or a bad thing. Ever since she was pulled to the SUV and was driven away, her heart went out to her new friend who had died because of her. If she knew that this was going to happen, she would have fought harder to save Kira from the hands of her Luna Aria who was hellbent on spilling blood.

Now they had reached a pack and soon she was dragged out of the car and she soon took in the view..she had always heard stories about this pack that was hidden from the rest of the world and due to the way that it was said, she always imagined it to be a crappy cave with dirty people scrambling for foods but nothing prepared her for the sight she was seeing.

For that moment, she didn't feel like she was a prisoner. The whole place was like a mini city, there was rows of houses that was supplied with light brightening up everywhere making it bright as day despite the fact that the sun had set hours ago. The pack was arranged in a way that the main house stood out. She instantly knew that this was where the Alpha and his family were obviously staying.

She had barely gotten over the view when they finally noticed their presence and all the kids who were playing on the ground dropped their toys as they all ran forward,

"Alpha Randy is back, Alpha Randy is back." The kids cheered as Aluma felt her body stiffen as her eyes settled on the heartless man who was making his way to where the kids was.....with a smile on his face.

Her mouth almost dropped seeing this unfold before her as one of the kids pointed at her and said,

"Alpha Randy, is this a Luna?" He said as he chuckled while Aluma felt like the earth should swallow her. She couldn't believe that the child would say such a thing.

"No, she is not. She is going to be staying here for a while anyways. You will get to meet her later. Now run along you kids, the gifts will be given accordingly. I got new things from the city." He said as the kids cheered and all ran to their parents telling them the good news.

As soon as they left, his hard expression was back on his face as he turned to Aluma and said,

"Since we just came back now, I will give you the chance to recuperate. I will send for you tomorrow. But for now you will stay in the dungeons..you are still a prisoner. I just extended your death day. I want to know why you killed my brother and your reasons and who sent you before killing you." He said as Aluma had a blank expression on her face and swallowed hard.

What was she expecting? That the man sweeps her up in the air and makes her his Luna. She rolled her eyes at her silly thoughts and nodded her head.

She had already resigned herself to her fate.

"Good, take her out of here, make sure that she is always watched on, I don't want to hear any accidental stories till I call for her again. " He said as the guards bowed before they pulled her away. She followed the guards meekily as she looked around trying to familiarise herself with the environment. The gates and walls were so high even as a wolf, jumping it was a waste of time since you could get injured by the barbed wires or break your legs in the jump. And the gates were heavily guarded although she knew that she wasn't going to make it that far if she tried.

So she gave up on her plan and allowed herself to be led to the dungeons.

Aluma was a bit surprised when she saw the cell she was supposed to be put in..it was nothing that she imagined. She didn't expect a bed with an actual mattress on it and a table and chair with also a sink and bright lighting. If this was the dungeon, she didn't mind staying there for the rest of her life.

The guard opened the door and pushed her in gently and closed the door back.

"You guys really don't talk too much, do you?" She asked trying to bring up conversation. If it was her old pack, the guards wouldn't hesitate in hitting her as well but they didn't do that.

The guards said nothing as they walked off and less than 10 minutes later, one of them walked in bringing her dinner as he slid it under the bar and said,

" Eat up quickly. Lights off by 10pm. And punishment will be meted out if you are still awake when we go on our night rounds." He said and left without waiting for her reply.

" I think I liked it better when you were mute." She grumbled to herself as she sat down on the table and hungrily wolfed down her food. She didn't realize that she was this hungry until the food came. She had been running on fear and adrenaline for the last few days and it had left her completely sapped of energy. If they hadn't brought for her food, she knew that her body wouldnt be able to withstand any longer and would collapse.

Even the food was great, and not like the food normally served to prisoners in other packs..this was actually edible and tasty and the quantity was meant for a normal person to eat and be filled up.

Aluma realized that there was a lot of things that she didn't know about this pack and it seemed like she had to discard all the rumors she heard about this place because she was getting shocked with every passing minutes.

After eating, she laid down on the bed and burrowed herself under the blankets that she found.

Before sleeping, she thought about Alpha Randy and how tomorrow was going to be for her.
