While Jamie managed to put her crying son to sleep, Milton packed the accessories from his car into the house. Jamie quietly left the room in order not to wake her son up and stopped abruptly by the stairway, watching Milton bring in the things he had shopped for.

Jamie was instantly moved to tears. She hadn't agreed for him to do this but he didn't mind and now, all alone, he was moving them into the house.
