"Hello, little pup. It's snack time." I heard Amelia's voice call out from the doorway with a chuckle accompanying it and something shifted in me. I know that I usually get angry and sometimes some of the things she does gets unbearable but today it felt like I was swelling in pride and she had just trampled on it.

From the space in the iron bars, she rolled the food towards where I was coiled up. It's funny how the man who called himself my uncle switched from taking care of me to locking me up in the dungeon simply because he conquered Alpha Xander's pack....
