"A little more time huh? I should have known that it would take more than a little more time for her to finally realize those powers. Aren't you supposed to push her into realizing her powers quickly?" Amelia asked impatiently as she folded her arms across her chest, staring at me.

"Amelia, you don't get to tell me what would be best!" I warned sternly and she opened her mouth to speak but hesitated and shut it back up.

"I'm sorry father. Either way, it's for the best." Amelia said, grinning from ear to ear as she pushed her hair to the back of her ear shyly.

"Only love...
