I arrived at the hotel and went to the SPA’s reception area. I checked in and was firstly ushered to a massage room. The staff were extremely polite, and it didn't take long for me to start relaxing.

I started experiencing a little pain as the massage progressed, especially in areas where the muscles were most tense, but when the massage was completed, I felt much better.
