The new week came round fast. It felt like all I did was just blink.

Zyna was unreachable and never came to see me, which was quite unusual. But I took solace in the fact that she had a crazy husband who could demand for her to do anything at any time.

It was not the same for Emily though.

Our call was cut abruptly, and she lived too freaking far away for me to rush down.
