I was working while Violet demanded that she's old enough to run around the house, she's not as big as she likes to think she is, but since we started the potty training, she now has the confidence of big girls. I asked Hayden to lock our floor, she could run around just not leave, she knows where the door is and tends to go over the door every time I'm not around.
