Alpha Adrian could hear the pain and hurt in Aurora's voice. He took Aurora's hands into his and squeezed it reassuringly. "Please forgive me Princess. My child is dying and I know what it feels like for a mate to lose their pup," Alpha pleaded with sincerity. Aurora felt bad for rejecting Alpha. She felt bad for being the cause of his child's death.

"I'm sorry Alpha. I'm sorry. I'll think about it. If the council approves of it then yes," Aurora answered reluctantly. Alpha smiled and released Aurora's hands.
