I tried to hold back the tears threatening to fall down from my face but I cant .

Almost immediately the door went open, I tried to wipe away the tears in my eyes.

Jenny, what on earth .

Nancy shouted as she walks in to the room.

She walked up to me and hugged me so tight.

I swallowed the impossible lump in my throat.

Am here now okay, Jenny what's wrong , what happened ?

I hated to turn up like this but I can't just help it.

I don't want Nancy to stress her self over my problems.

She has a lot of things to worry about her marriage life.

What the hell is wrong with you ?

She asked me again and her voice jolted me out of my thoughts.

I took a deep breath, I went home early to surprise Michael.

I couldn't complete my sentence as tears trickles down my face.

And then what happened ?

And.... And ..... I stammered before dropping the bombshell

And Mike was having sex with Becky.

I watch as she staggered backwards when I mentioned Becky's name.

She picked up the bottle of wine on the table and pour her self a drink.

I watch as she fold her fist in anger, while I broke down in tears.

Am so sorry Nancy that I had to disturb you with my problems.

It's just that I couldn't think straight and I don't have any other place to go to so I had to come here.

I watch as Nancy stood up walking around the room.

That animal, how dare do this to you and to think that you own the apartment and you have been paying for it for a long time now.

Am going to deal with that son of a bitch and as for your step sister am gonna make sure she regrets ever having sex with Mike.

Nancy, I called her by her name, don't.... Just leave them I will try to cope.

I said to her and she hesitated for a while before seating down close to me.

Cause the wedding arrangement has already been made .

Am calling off the wedding Nancy, Nancy I know what what you are going through in your marriage and I know that you will be going for a trip.

And am not supposed to disturb you, I was wondering if you.... I mean, If I can stay here until I sort things out with my life ?

And probably find a place of my own .

You don't really have to ask me Jenny, you can stay, Donald and I will be on our way to Mexico in 2 hours so the house is all yours.

I nodded my head in response, to be honest with you Nancy am not alright but I pray that I will be.

Oh my, what the fuck, it midnight already, I peep my hand inside my pocket and opened the door.

Oh my, head really hurts a lot, I shouldn't have drink that much.

But actually it wasn't my fault, if only I have found something to eat.

I walked inside the house, oh shit I can't even see switch .

Its been long since I had been in Nancy's house.

I made my way to the living room.

I sigh as I collapse on the couch.

Oh Nancy forgot to switch off the television.

Almost immediately I heard a sound on the back door leading to the dinning.

I held my breath , Nancy, Donald and their daughter has already left.

And they said that I can stay here till my work is done.

I walked at the table and saw some wraps of chocolate chip cookies, biscuits , and fruit drinks on the table.

I looked at the floor, looking forward I was surprised to see something white and fuzzy and I blacked out.

I gasp for breath, my heartbeat was thudding wildly in my ears .

I was lying on the couch watching my favorite movie when I heard the footsteps .

I picked up one of the things that my hand can touch.

And hit it on the burglar, I picked up phone and dialed the phone.

Police " how can I help you "

Actually there is a burglar in my house and I hit him.

Can you give me your address ?

And lastly what's your name ?

Jenny Tyson.

Miss Jenny were is the suspect now.

At the floor.

What do you mean, miss are you in danger.

I quickly open my mouth not knowing what to say.

After a while I found my voice .

No I think he is unconscious , I hit him.
