“What the hell did you just do, Imela?” Marcel's voice demanded after a gasp went through the room.

I placed my glass of wine on the counter, where I stood and followed the voice.

“She’s been so horrible to me, Marcel; she doesn’t like me. She believes I am out to ruin you and dispose of you. I tried to defend myself, but she struck me in the face.” Kimberly said in a pathetic tone, and I knew who the ‘she’ was: Ela. What did Ela do to her?
