"I'm glad that you have recovered your memory and your name!" I said but she shook her head before speaking. 

"Scott, it's me!" She said her eyes, already glistening in tears.

Her words left me bewildered, my mind struggling to process the gravity of what she was saying. Her eyes were filled with emotion, and the intensity of the moment hung heavy in the air.

"What do you mean, 'it's me'?" I asked, my voice a little shaky with confusion and concern. It felt like there was something she urgently needed to convey, something that went beyond her name.
