EDEN POV

I instantly pulled away from Scott the minutes I heard the sound of someone coughing. 

We both swirled around to notice that it was no other person but Leon. He seemed to have a smile plastered at each corner of his lips.

"I hate to ruin any of your alone time but we have a meeting in an hour from now!" He said awkwardly.

My heart sank as I realized our private moment had been interrupted. I glanced at Scott, and he gave a quick, apologetic look before turning his attention to Leon. 

His smile and cheerful demeanor didn't match the urgency of his words.
