After hours and hours of sitting in one position, sorting out countless files, Fiona felt utterly exhausted. Her muscles ached from the lack of movement, and her back protested with each passing second. 

Sensing the strain on her body, Fiona began to stretch her arms in an attempt to relieve some of the tension.

"Let's take a break!" Fiona heard Scott say. She felt he might have noticed her frequent yawns. 

With a deep sigh, Fiona pushed her chair away from the desk and stood up, feeling the stiffness in her legs. She raised her arms above her head, interlocking her fingers and stretching upwards, trying to release the knots...
